Its two-story structure adapts to the steep terrain, with a partially embedded lower level and expansive south-facing windows that capture breathtaking mountain views.

The interior is thoughtfully arranged to emphasize warmth and openness, featuring a central fireplace, a welcoming kitchen, and a cozy dining and living area. The home comprises three distinct living units, while a separate structure houses a spacious garage. Its design prioritizes both aesthetics and functionality, creating a tranquil sanctuary that harmonizes with its alpine setting.
