Respecting local character through renovation

This early 20th-century house, once one of the last of its kind in the area, has been thoughtfully renovated to fit contemporary life while retaining its original presence. Despite the pressure of surrounding developments, the owners chose restoration over replacement, preserving a piece of the neighborhood’s built identity. Balancing preservation and intervention
